“Ek Tha Tiger” Continues Its Emphatic Run

“Ek Tha Tiger” has again surprised one and all with its emphatic run at box office. Film did business in two extremes in different parts of country. Film performed well in Muslim dominated areas i.e. Hyderabad, Lucknow, Nizam and at few places in Maharashtra. Film collected 13.5 cr nett on Tuesday which is again highest ever Tuesday for a film and that too after huge numbers in last 6 days.

But on contrary, film dropped in CI, CP and Delhi by 50%. Overall film dropped by only 30% and it’s a good total after 7 days. Film has collected 129 cr nett plus in 1st week but it was somewhat lower than what many expected before the release of the film. Now the big test of the film will start from tomorrow onwards which will decide film’s lifetime collections. 1st extended week of 9 days should finish around 145 cr nett and that is a huge total from any count.

Film also got a boost in UK with post Eid celebrations helped to post handsome amount and now it is set to beat collections of “Bodyguard” in overseas.

Today film started slowly due to various reasons. Jaipur and part of Rajasthan are affected by heavy rains and few other places in country have different kind of protests. But as the day progresses, film should eye a good total around 10 cr.
